When it comes to Grilled food, “Barbeque Nation” is on the top across all metros. As per our friend’s suggestion, we had booked the table yesterday (Friday) itself because it was Saturday today and we felt lucky about it when we saw the waiting queue while leaving the restaurant. In addition, we could avail a discount of Rs. 150 as we booked through their app for the first time. The outlet is located on Banjara Hills Road No. 1. Other two outlets’ are in Jubilee hills and Gachibowli. It is in Hi End market place in Hyderabad with various brand outlets like Neeru’s and Trisha.
First, we have Sweet lime soda and a Nojito that is so refreshing in the noontime. Then we go about having soup with vegetables or chicken as per customer’s wish. I must say that, though I have the soup, I cannot take off my eyes from the Barbeque in front of me. The waiter serves delicious starters like Paneer Tikka, Chilli Garlic Prawns, Coastal BBQ Fish, Mutton Methi Kebab and Cajun Spice Potato. I cannot forget the heavenly sweet and sour taste of Pinapple Chat Pat. I am about to finish the starters served and waiter comes in and offers more. I request him to lend sometime. Thereafter after some more bites, I decide to take the main course that has varieties like Chole, Biryanis, Paneer Butter Masala, Laal Maas, and Chicken in Schezwan Sauce etc. After Savouring on the Biryani and Tandoori Roti with Chicken and Mix Veg, I take a break. Lolz… Yes! A break! It is much much needed! Meanwhile I here birthday songs sung by the BBQ team for the respective guests. I see group of college girls take selfies and enjoy chatting on their table comfortably. There is no one staring at you while you eat, chat, or have fun. It feels so good. Then we turn on to desserts, which comprised of western desserts like brownies and puddings and Indian desserts like Kulfi, Gulabjamun and Jalebi. All equally tasty! Therefore, if you are in Hyderabad it is my honest advice for you to visit BBQ nation.
