Hi friends! I am here with one more variety of Chila. Well, why Chila? I prefer Chila in the low-calorie version of recipes because this is easy to make . It is less time-consuming and requires minimum ingredients.
Green Moong Dal soaked overnight: 1 cup
Oats powder: 1 cup
Chilli powder : /2 tbsp
Salt as per need
Coriander and cumin powder : 1 tbsp
Ghee or oil to cook : 1 tbsp
Mix all the above ingredients (except oil) in a bowl as shown below and add some water to it. Mix this well to get the consistency of dosa batter.
Take a non stick pan. Spread oil/ ghee over the tawa. Heat this. Later spread this batter over the Tawa like Dosa. After cooking Chila is ready.
